Refund policy
- We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery Return/Exchange can be done only once. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

- Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition (within 2-3 days), the refund amount will be credited to your bank account or wallet, as per our terms and conditions.
- Payments made with COD option will receive store credit which will be valid for 60 days.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both Side.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
We will consider return requests for the following reasons:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The return must be initiated within the eligible time frame mentioned above.
- Returns will be processed in the form of a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- If a product (apparel) has any size issue once the shipment is delivered, Both Side courier charge will be paid by customer. So ensure your size with respect to given Size Chart before placing order.
- Make sure you make an unpack video (Cover all sides of package) starting from showing the package you received until all the products are shown in the video. CHECK AND REPORT on defects (if any) within 24hrs and DO NOT USE PRODUCT and must be INTACT CONDITION AND NO ROUGH HANDLE. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged otherwise no action will be made from our end.
- If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks and perfumes. AMHUK may, at its incretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as you're courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
